Introducing ...
a new blog by Abba. It's called the Maid of Honor Chronicles, and it's a kind-of tongue-in-cheek look at how a tomboy (me) helps plan Meckhead's wedding.
Hope you don't mind, Meckhead. But being out of my depth and the geek that I am, I figured I'd turn to the blogosphere for help.

Bad news, good news
Bad news: Spilled the tin of expensive, loose-leaf, Earl Grey tea on the floor. Vacuumed it up.
Good news: Vacuuming now accompanied by the lovely scent of bergamot.

Kudos where they're due
Apple has taken a lot of flak over its iPod nano's easily cracked screen.
Mine cracked after just a month of use, despite being kept in the well-padded pocket of a hardshell laptop case and a protective neoprene sleeve.
However, Apple has handled my request for replacement promptly and without hassle.
