I was thinking XL, too. He seems to be a pretty practical, not-too-tight tee-shirt kind of guy. Hmmm. Do you think he'd like the swedish pancake / belgian waffle death match tee? 'Cause I was going to send him the Severus Snape one.
This screenprinting idea/reality is freakin' awesome! I want a t-shirt (and I'll gladly pay, pay, pay) that says: METAPHOR (on the front):
